We have a recognized brand, a large installed base of pool equipment, strong customer relationships, and a history of innovation with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. /ph3Essential Functions /h3ulliMonthly manufacturing financial closing. /liliProduct Standard cost calculations and monthly analysis of deviations vs. actual costs, and annual update. /liliElaborate actions together with Manufacturing team to minimize cost variances. /liliReviews Costs incurred by category, calculates future costs based on labor productivity, material price increases, wage rates and yield factor. /liliReview products' Transfer pricing between Iberica and other business units. /liliDevelop and track Key Performance Indicators for operation and distribution, track and measure progress and drive improvements. /liliMonitor inventory levels closely and provide monthly analysis and report, collaborate with operation team to improve inventory accuracy and drive lead time reduction. /liliMonthly calculation of the Inventory Reserve,



lead efforts to reduce slow moving and obsolete products. /liliLead inventory counts of all Iberica sites. /liliProvide financial analysis to support management manufacturing/supply decisions. /liliFollow up on project savings. /liliDevelop presentations and reports for internal customers and auditors. /liliFollow up on the absenteeism report. /liliReporting. /li /ulpReporting: This position reports to the Europe Cost Controller. /ppPlace of Work: El Prat office in Barcelona. /ph3Required Education and Experience /h3ulliAccredited a finance or accounting bachelor's degree or general equivalent in applicable field of study. /liliWork-related experience and prior experience in a company in the Industrial area for a minimum of 1 year. /liliTechnical skills: Fluent English is preferred, comfortable interacting with all levels of management. Proficient in ERP system and financial system and data analytics, experience in D365 a plus.
