About the Position

Our client is an innovative international materials technology company transforming the packaging industry with a breakthrough bio- based material designed to replace conventional plastics.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across UK, Nordics & France.
- Build long- term relationships with packaging converters, paper manufacturers and integral brands.
- Manage customer projects from first contact through technical validation to commercial agreement.
- Work closely with R&D; and technical teams based in Valencia.
- Identify new market opportunities and create strategic partnerships.
- Travel regularly across UK, Nordics & France and visit Valencia headquarters every two weeks.

Requisitos

Key Requirements

- Experience in Business Development, Technical Sales or Key Account Management within an industrial B2B environment.
- Background in packaging, paper, specialty chemicals, polymers, industrial materials or manufacturing.
- Fluent French and English.
- Consultative, solution- based sales approach with experience managing long sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for developing new markets.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Nice to have:

- Spanish language skills.




- Experience in a scale- up or high- growth international environment.
- Technical understanding of sustainable materials or industrial products.
- Network within the packaging or paper industry across the UK, Nordics & France regions.
- Experience working with technical or R&D; teams.

Languages

- French: essential.
- English: essential.
- Spanish: desirable.
