This is an exciting opportunity at a time when we are investing to strengthen our market position. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liCoordinate and support execution of supply chain activities for our two manufacturing plants in Barberà del Vallès and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda. /li liOptimization of the supply chain processes while guaranteeing high standards. /li liCreate analysis tools, statistics and reports to control and improve operations. /li liEnsure performance of logistics partners such as transportation, warehousing, contractors, etc. /li liWork closely with key stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Service or Finance and other departments to ensure alignment to company goals. /li liManage the shipping, production planning and warehouse teams, ensuring their wellbeing engagement and performance. /li liSupport Site Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Manager or Central Team on projects, budget creation and overall KPI reporting. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liExperience: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role where team management, Supply Chain expertise, Lean Manufacturing and 5S know-how are key to success. JDEdwards knowledge is highly valued. We will provide any additional training needed. /li liLanguages: Spanish English professional level spoken and written is a must. /li liSoft skills: Customer focus, Team-player, Strong Communication skills, Flexibility, Proactivity and High Safety conscious.
