ppAirbus Defence and Space is looking for an bERP Functional Expert for Customer Services /b to reinforce its internal bSAP team /b, based in Spain (Getafe or Seville). You will join an international group of around 65 SAP Functional Experts with around 11 SAP SD/CS Experts located in the four core countries. This position contributes to the service/project delivery by the bERP Competence Delivery Center /b covering all AD ERP platforms, with special focus on the Spanish national system and divisional system. Inside the scope of this functional domain you will have to manage projects, enhancements and also support and bug fixing on Order-to-Cash and Customer Services processes. /p pCompany: Airbus Defence and Space SAU /p h3Your challenges /h3 ul liProvide support on the SAP systems of AD (including new solution S4 hana), implement enhancements projects on this system taking into account the guidelines of Airbus Defence Space to manage them. /li liSAP Standard mindset. /li liIntegrate the SAP OTC/CS team with an open mindset to ensure an excellent team work inside the DIGITAL organization and with the business (key) users. /li liSupport the team in all the new requirements they have coming from the key users. Understand their needs and propose solutions to their issues/requirements. /li liProven functional skills in ERP SD/CS/PM. /li liSupport the creation of the functional design and support the ERP developer at functional level to develop/modify the ABAP code to be adjusted to the new requirements. /li /ul h3Your boarding pass /h3 ul liThis position requires a minimum of 1‑3 years of experience in the SAP SD/CS/Services domain.
