About The Role

You'll be an early engineer at Aldren, working directly with the founding team to build an AI-native product for regulatory teams in pharma and biotech.

What you'll do

- →Build and own the core product interface — document viewers, annotation layers, review workflows

- →Design and implement APIs that connect AI systems to the front-end in a reliable, low-latency way

- →Own the data layer — schema design, query performance, and data integrity in a compliance-sensitive environment

- →Work directly with customers to understand how they work and translate that into product decisions fast

- →Strong opinions on what AI-native UX should look like

What we're looking for

- →Demonstrated experience shipping full-stack products end-to-end

- →Product-minded — you think about the user experience, not just the implementation





- →Shipped AI products (not exclusive to LLMs) — you don't need to build the models but you know how to build around them

- →Ability to move fast without creating a mess you'll regret in six months

- →Curiosity about hard, document-heavy domains with high accuracy requirements

- →Experience in Pharma / Biotech a plus but, curiosity is more important
