We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development. /p h3Job Overview: /h3 pThe language services team within ICON is seeking highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee our eCOA implementation activities. /p pThis role involves leading a team of screen review specialists and migration project managers to ensure the successful implementation and migration of eCOA Electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessment. /p pThe idóneo candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in eCOA systems, and experience in translation and localization. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul lipOversee a team of eCOA project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, and managing employees’ life cycle including appraising performance, goals and guiding professional development. /p /li lipManaging the staffing of eCOA projects effectively. /p /li lipEnsuring that eCOA projects are completed on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards and SOPs. /p /li lipProviding guidance, training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in eCOA implementation migration. /p /li lipPreparing and presenting project information at internal external meetings. /p /li lipContributing to initiatives focusing on technology, automation and process improvement.



/p /li /ul h3Required knowledge, skills and abilities: /h3 ul lipBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, PRO, information technology, project management, linguistics). /p /li lipMinimum of 5 years of experience in eCOA project management, clinical research, translation and localization, with managerial experience. /p /li lipExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /p /li lipFluency in English is essential, any additional language would be a strong asset. /p /li lipStrong understanding of eCOA platforms/systems and translation technologies. /p /li lipExperience working with TMS and CAT tools. /p /li lipAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients with demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence. /p /li lipAttention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in eCOA process. /p /li lipGood problem-solving skills. /p /li /ul h3What ICON can offer you: /h3 pOur success depends on the quality of our people.
