You will be responsible for the definition and improvement of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS systems we design and implement in our buildings. /p /brpWe require holistic expertise to advise internal and external teams, and we wish to improve and optimize the design, construction and operation of these subjects. /p /brpYou will be part of the Integral Engineering Services team, who deliver all parts of our buildings, including mechanical handling equipment and Amazon Robotics equipment. You will be our Subject Matter Expert for Mechanical Electrical HVAC, and the link between the Construction team, which manage ongoing projects on the ground, the Preconstruction team which are setting these projects up, the Sustainability team and the Worldwide Building Design team which issue the prototype templates. /p /brpYou will review and consult templates and execution designs and concepts, sustainability solutions and bring in improvements including sustainability step changes.
