ph3TECHNICAL ARCHITECT – CONSTRUCTION DETAILING (CAD REVIT) – International Projects /h3 pBofill Arquitectura is looking for a Technical Architect specialized in Construction Detailing to join our international architecture team in Barcelona. /p pBofill Arquitectura is an internationally recognized architecture studio working on large-scale cultural, residential, hospitality, mixed-use and urban projects across Europe, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. /p pWe are seeking a technically strong architect capable of developing detailed construction packages, façade systems, interior detailing and technical coordination for complex international projects. /p pThe selected candidate will play a key role in transforming architectural concepts into coordinated, buildable and technically robust solutions, working closely with architects, engineers, consultants and specialist contractors. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop detailed construction drawings and technical documentation in CAD and Revit /li liCoordinate architectural solutions with structural, MEP and specialist engineering disciplines /li liReview technical documentation,



shop drawings and consultant deliverables /li liSupport the development of executive projects and construction packages /li liParticipate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and technical reviews /li liEnsure consistency, quality and constructability across project documentation /li liAssist in the development of material specifications and technical standards /li liSupport quality control processes throughout project development /li liContribute to the resolution of technical and construction challenges /li /ul h3Profile: /h3 ul liStrong experience in construction detailing and technical documentation /li liExperience detailing interior architectural elements, finishes and bespoke solutions /li liStrong understanding of construction systems and building technologies /li liGood knowledge of structural and MEP coordination principles /li liAdvanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit /li liExperience working in BIM environments is valued /li liKnowledge of façade systems, waterproofing, thermal performance and material interfaces is valued /li liExperience with sustainability standards and environmental certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL or similar) is a plus /li liKnowledge of engineering principles and multidisciplinary coordination is highly valued /li liStrong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills /li liOrganized, proactive and collaborative profile /li liHigh level of English required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
