With a heritage spanning decades, they combine innovative design, precision engineering, and traditional craftsmanship to create vessels capable of crossing oceans in safety, comfort, and style. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDelivering service and repair projects safely, efficiently, and to agreed deadlines /li liServicing and repairing marine steering systems, including rudder removal, rudder bearing replacement, and steering system servicing /li liCarrying out propulsion system work, including removal of propeller shafts, servicing propellers, replacing cutlass bearings, shaft seals, thrust bearings, and flexible bearings /li liCompleting mechanical refit projects, including engine room refits, engine replacements, and marine engine servicing /li liServicing and replacing seacocks, pumps, and other onboard plumbing systems /li liProducing accurate technical reports and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders /li liMaintaining organised work schedules and ensuring high standards of workmanship /li liSupporting a safe working environment and maintaining a clean, professional workspace /li liCollaborating with the wider service team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery /li /ul h3Job Requirements: /h3 ul liStrong marine engineering knowledge across steering, propulsion, mechanical,



and plumbing systems /li liExperience within the marine engineering sector /li liFluent written and spoken English and Spanish /li liExcellent communication and organisational skills /li liProactive and self‑motivated with a strong work ethic /li liComfortable working under pressure and managing deadlines /li liLogical and resilient problem solver with strong attention to detail /li liQuality-focused with pride in delivering exceptional workmanship /li liTeam player with a versátil and positive attitude /li /ul h3Desirable Qualifications Experience: /h3 ul liExperience in fabrication and machining /li liGRP repair experience /li liFull driving licence /li liMust have the existing right to work in Spain/EU.
