Experteer Overview
In this role you will represent the quality function across global customer accounts, aligning with internal support groups to address manufacturing quality issues. You will lead QA planning for integral new product introductions and support process design, development, and implementation. You will coordinate corrective and preventive actions, document management, and supplier/customer quality interactions to drive standardization and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to influence global quality practices and collaborate across functions.

• Develop and maintain QA plans for global new product introductions using APQP and process optimization
• Support quoting activities through early process design and implementation
• Evaluate inspection processes and guidelines
• Develop and deliver specialized trainings for relevant functions
• Create and manage document storage/review systems for global accounts
• Review discrepancies (suppliers, internal,



customers) and track corrective actions
• Maintain documentation files and access systems
• Coordinate and track corrective/preventive actions across suppliers/customers
• Participate in vendor surveys and drive supplier process improvement
• Interface with departments on Policies and Procedures and support process standardization
• Provide technical quality support to customers as needed
• Adhere to safety, health, and security procedures

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree and five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• experience in quality systems and global account support
• familiarity with APQP and process optimization
• ability to manage documentation and corrective actions
• vendor and customer liaison experience
