Reporting to the National Production Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of our production facility. This hands-on position combines technical aptitude, people leadership and production coordination to ensure work is completed safely, accurately and on time. /ppYou will support and mentor a Production Operator while ensuring our production equipment and processes continue to operate efficiently. If you want a stable career with us, succeeding as a Senior Operator opens exciting pathways for advancement into a Site Supervisor role. /ph3About the role /h3pCoordinate and supervise the daily activities of Production Operators. /ppProvide training, guidance and ongoing support to team members. /ppEscalate production issues promptly to the Production Management team. /ppOperate, monitor and maintain digital production printers. /ppLoad and replenish paper and consumables to minimise machine downtime. /ppMaintain high print quality standards through regular quality checks. /ppOperate mailing inserter equipment efficiently and accurately (full training provided). /ppEnsure C4 mail jobs are processed and verified in accordance with company procedures. /ppProcess return mail within required timeframes. /ppComplete general warehouse duties including pallet jack and electric walkie stacker operation. /ppEnsure all customer work is dispatched daily and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)



are achieved. /ppMinimise stock waste and production spoilage. /ppTroubleshoot equipment issues and arrange maintenance where required. /ppMonitor production reporting and complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements. /ppMaintain stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment. /ppKeep the production facility clean, organised and secure. /ppComplete production documentation and system records accurately. /ppReport workplace hazards and incidents in accordance with company procedures. /ppFull training will be provided, alongside our SOPs, no previous experience necessary. /ph3About You /h3pPrevious experience in a print, mail, manufacturing or production environment desirable but not essential. /ppStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills. /ppExcellent organisational and time management skills. /ppHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality. /ppAbility to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. /ppGood literacy and numeracy skills. /ppA positive, respectful and professional attitude. /ppThe ability to work independently while also leading a collaborative team. /ppActive and fit, ability to stand on feet for lengthy periods as well as lifting up to 18kgs. /ppAbility to use a pallet jack and walkie stacker preferred but bfull training will be provided. /b /ppb*Note* /b Successful Police security check required before commencement (Bing Technologies provided, and covers cost). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
