/li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliYou have electronic engineering degree or technical discipline with good knowledge of electronics. /liliPMP certification (CAPM or PMP) would be considered as a valuable asset. /liliYou have experience in managing projects, preferably in the railway sector or in a technical field with high quality and normative requirements. /liliReliability and conscientiousness are among your distinct strengths. /liliYou are mentally adaptable and thirsty for knowledge. /liliYou have assertiveness and are cost‑conscious. /liliYou have excellent communication and documentation skills in both Spanish and English (other languages are an advantage). /liliYou like to work autonomously as well as in a team and like to pass on your specialist knowledge. /liliYou have the ability to identify and assess vulnerabilities, risks and opportunities. /liliYou enjoy travelling, coordinating and communicating. /li /ulpWe have flat hierarchies and direct communication between departments and management levels is encouraged.
