The role includes coordinating on-site maintenance and repair activities, supervising both scheduled and corrective maintenance, managing spare parts procurement, and contributing to the development of service processes and technical documentation. /ppThe position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, along with very good verbal and written skills in English. We foster continuous learning, value diversity and inclusion and promote flexible work arrangements with a strong focus on well-being and work-life balance. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide technical support to maximise charging station uptime. /liliDebug systems and perform remote diagnostics on field failures by implementing anomaly management procedures in line with agreed contractual SLAs, acting remotely or, where necessary, engaging contractors for on-site activities. /liliCoordinate on-site root cause analysis, servicing, repair, and maintenance activities. /liliPlan and supervise both scheduled and corrective maintenance activities, verifying outcomes. /liliOrder and manage spare parts in coordination with external suppliers. /liliSupport the development of processes, documentation, and diagnostic knowledge for standard service activities. /liliWork closely with the central engineering and operations teams to ensure new issues are efficiently investigated and corrective actions are implemented. /liliProvide on-call availability for second-level support. /liliProvide technical assessments and operational feasibility input to support Sales activities. /liliTravel to the Milan headquarters when required for internal workshops. /li /ulh3Skills And Experience Required /h3ulliTechnical degree in Electrical Engineering. Degrees or fields of study different from those specified may be considered in the case of significant relevant experience. /liliSignificant experience as a field service technician, ideally in a similar industry. /liliFluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian would be a plus. /liliKnowledge of MV and LV electrical systems management and key HSE topics related to maintenance activities. /liliAbility to read and interpret electrical diagrams within the context of MV or LV site electrical plans. /liliWillingness to travel regularly - sometimes on short notice and for extended periods - with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, and possession of a valid driving licence.
