ph3THE PROJECT TO BE DEVELOPED /h3 pJoin the International Projects Management team and contribute to the successful implementation of European and international research and innovation projects. The selected candidate will support the administrative, financial and legal management of projects funded by programmes such as Horizon Europe, EU4Health and ESF+, working closely with multidisciplinary research teams, particularly in the field of mental health. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in international project management within a dynamic research environment committed to scientific excellence and societal impact. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLiaise with funding institutions /li liManagement of the Grant Agreement negotiation stage. /li liReview of project agreements (Consortium Agreement, Third Party Agreements, Subcontracts). /li liProvide administrative and financial support to the Principal Investigator (PI) and project teams. /li liBudget planning, financial monitoring and follow-up of international projects. /li liPreparation of financial reports and audit processes. /li liManagement of the time sheet module. /li liEnsure the correct use of resources in line with funder rules and internal procedures. /li liTransversal support /li liCoordinate with internal support units (Pre-award, National Post-award, Finance, HR, Legal etc.). /li liAttendance to meetings, information sessions and participation in relevant networks or working groups. /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER /h3 ul liPermanent full-time contract (37.5 hours per week). /li liStarting date: as soon as possible.

Working languages: Spanish and Catalan. /li liWillingness to learn EU funding rules, procedures and project management tools. /li /ul h3WE VALUE /h3 ul liPrevious experience in project management or in the health sector valued. /li liBasic knowledge of cross-cutting issues such as ethics, regulatory matters, IPR or data management. /li liExperience in coordinated or collaborative projects. /li /ul h3KEY COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liProgressive autonomy and sense of responsibility. /li liAnalytical mindset and problem-solving orientation. /li liProactive and constructive attitude. /li liAbility to work with deadlines and prioritise tasks. /li liGood communication skills and user-oriented approach. /li /ul pEsplugues de Llobregat, 03/08/2026 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
