This is a path we can only take together – join in! /p h3Location /h3 pMadrid, Spain (Hybrid) /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for the Spanish entity. /li liPrepare and review financial statements in line with Spanish accounting standards and IFRS. /li liEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records. /li liOwn general ledger accounting, accruals, provisions, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations. /li liSupport group reporting requirements and provide high-quality financial input to management. /li liEnsure compliance with Spanish GAAP and applicable tax regulations, with support of local tax advisors. /li liSupport internal and external audits and liaise with auditors. /li liMonitor accounts payable and cash flow activities. /li liMaintain and improve accounting processes, controls, and procedures. /li libBilling, Accounts Receivable /b /li liManage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to customers. /li liReview customer contracts and billing terms to ensure invoices are issued in accordance with contractual agreements. /li liPartner with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer invoice inquiries.
