Your role is to determine with precision whether you can fix the issue with a single click from Madrid or if a technician must be dispatched to the field /li liThe Effective Communicator: You will manage communications with customers and field technicians during urgent incidents. You demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical problems into simple, professional solutions via both phone and email /li liOperational Resilience: In a 24/7 environment, your responsibility is paramount. at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in complex hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical systems is required /li liEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Energy) or Technical Associate Degree (FP Superior) in Electronics, Automation, Robotics, or Renewables /li liLanguages: Intermediate English (B1/B2).
