Experteer Overview
Lead end-to-end implementations for high-value enterprise clients within Deel’s onboarding program. You will manage senior client relationships, drive delivery, and tailor approaches to client needs. Your work shapes product and operations by translating feedback into roadmap inputs and process improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and ensure successful, on-time onboarding. • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for complex, high-value clients, including governance and stakeholder communications
• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts with sophisticated onboarding requirements, driving plans, milestones and deliverables
• Tailor the project approach to each client's context and requirements
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks impacting onboarding timelines, scope or satisfaction, escalating issues when needed




• Synthesize product and operational feedback and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to influence the roadmap
• Contribute to process and playbook improvements

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in an implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product, especially in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on next steps
• Clear written, presentation, and verbal communication of complex ideas and data
• High attention to detail for onboarding plans and schedules
• Autonomous, proactive, with ability to prioritize and remove blockers
