- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure coherent delivery of security capabilities

- Oversee the development of security roadmaps

- Monitor engagement performance, identifying risks and managing dependencies

- Act as a trusted advisor for clients

Qualifications

- 10+ years in cybersecurity services

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering,



Cybersecurity, or Telecommunications

- Certifications is a plus: CISSP, CISM, C‑CISO

- Understanding of complex security architectures aligned with the NIST framework

- Knowledge and definition of cybersecurity processes and procedures aligned with the main cybersecurity frameworks and norms

- Cybersecurity modernization based on orchestration xcskxlj (data and workflows) and AI adoption

- Experience developing new cybersecurity offerings and service lines through the consolidation of key client demands

- Business development through consultative and technology advisory approachesExperience in pre‑sales processes

- Strong interpersonal skills for client engagement

- Executive reporting (C‑level)
