This role ensures that new third‑party suppliers are assessed and scored based on their risk profile and risk score. The manager will work closely with procurement, legal, compliance, and other departments to establish and maintain strong risk management strategies related to external vendors. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliConducting risk assessments for new and existing suppliers/vendors to evaluate potential risks related to financial stability, operational capacity, ESG, legal compliance, and reputational risk. /liliDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive vendor risk management program, implement continuous monitoring mechanisms.



/liliRegularl review and update of risk assessments to maintain visibility into vendor activities and overall risk landscape, ensuring all vendors meet company risk standards. /li /ulh3Vendor Due Diligence /h3ulliLeading due diligence processes for potential new suppliers/vendors, including background checks, financial reviews, compliance verification, performance history. /liliCollaboration with internal teams to ensure that new vendor relationships align with organizational goals and risk tolerance. /li /ulh3Contract and Compliance Management /h3ulliClose collaboration with legal and procurement teams to develop, review, and negotiate vendor contracts with a focus on risk mitigation clauses. /liliMonitoring ongoing compliance and manage any risk issues or disputes with vendors. /li /ulh3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3ulliClose collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as legal, procurement, IT, and operations, to ensure vendor risks are understood and addressed across the organization. /liliPreparing regular reports for senior leadership, documenting risk assessments, highlighting risk trends, and vendor performance. /liliSupporting and coordinatingrelevant departments to address and resolve vendor‑related risks. /li /ulh3Sustainable Procurement Leadership /h3ulliLeading the implementation and maintenance of ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards across the organization. /liliDeveloping, updating, and maintaining sustainability policies, processes, and procedures for procurement activities. /liliEnsuring that all procurement activities align with corporate sustainability commitments and ESG objectives. /liliDriving continuous improvement in sustainable procurement practices and identify opportunities for enhancement. /li /ulh3ESG Integration and Compliance /h3ulliMonitoring and reporting on sustainability performance metrics and KPIs for the supply chain. /liliEnsuring compliance with relevant sustainability regulations, certifications, and industry standard. /liliSupporting the maintenance of EcoVadis Platinum certification and other sustainability accreditations. /li /ulh3Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting /h3ulliCollaboration with cross‑functional teams to embed sustainability principles throughout the procurement lifecycle. /liliPreparing sustainability reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders. /liliActing as the primary point of contact for sustainability‑related supplier inquiries and initiatives in procurement.



/liliProviding training and guidance to procurement teams on sustainable procurement practices. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Competencies /h3ulliRisk Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies, including assessing, identifying, and mitigating vendor‑related risks. /liliData Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks in supplier performance, ability to set up data‑driven action plans. /liliData Visualization: Expertise in using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to create clear, actionable reports and dashboards that communicate vendor risk trends, performance metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders. /liliPredictive Analytics: Ability to apply predictive analytics techniques to forecast future vendor risks, potential disruptions, or financial instability based on historical data and trends. /liliStatistical Analysis: Experience in applying statistical methods to evaluate vendor performance, identify risk indicators, and determine correlation between vendor metrics and business impact. Ability to assess data from multiple sources to identify risks or gaps in vendor relationships. /liliNegotiation Skills: experience and skills to support contract negotiations to effectively to mitigate supplier risks. /liliProject management: result and service‑driven individual, strong initiative and structured project management skills with attention to details and accuracy. /liliProblem‑Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues with vendors and develop effective solutions, using data‑driven insights to support decision‑making. /liliCommunication: excellent communication skills with ability to influence multicultural, cross‑functional teams in matrix organisation towards a unified direction along with the business’s leadership and relevant stakeholders. /liliSustainability Expertise: Strong knowledge of sustainable procurement principles, ISO 20400 standards, and ESG frameworks /liliCertification Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainability rating systems (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP) and certification maintenance requirements /liliRegulatory Awareness: Understanding of sustainability regulations and compliance requirements relevant to supply chain management /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. /liliCertification in risk management or vendor management (e.g., Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), etc.) is a plus. /liliFluent spoken and written Business English (verbal, written, legal, commercial terminology) compulsory; other languages are an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
