As a German-speaking Business Development Manager, you will drive onboarding of German merchants to Kingfisher Marketplaces, aligning recruitment with banner strategies. You’ll shape and execute a clear merchant acquisition plan, working with banner leaders to secure approvals and implement the strategy. You’ll build a strong pipeline, lead inbound/outbound efforts, and cultivate partnerships with agencies and aggregators. This role blends cross‑functional collaboration with shaping marketplace growth.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle to onboard German merchants to Kingfisher Marketplaces
• Develop and present a recruitment strategy to banner leaders and secure approvals
• Own execution and implementation of recruitment plans
• Generate inbound/outbound leads and qualify prospects

• Deliver recruitment targets through a dedicated strategy




• Establish partnerships with agencies/aggregators and define collaboration approaches
• Develop external partnerships with German market players (e.g., Feedonomics, Linnworks, chamber of commerce)

Responsabilidades
• Experience in marketplace sales, business development, or account management as an individual contributor
• Experience working with German-based brands/merchants
• Fluent in German
• Proven track record in internal and external relationship management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
• Exposure to global teams (Germany, France, Poland, Spain, Portugal, UK)
• Strong commercial sense and strategic thinking
