As Legal Counsel you will collaborate closely with other areas of our Legal Team, such as Compliance Team, Data Protection Team and Customer Law Team, and with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Procurement and Business areas, to provide advice, guidance and counsel on contractual issues relative to global and broad range of topics. /p pYou will be in charge of: /p ul liDrafting, review, and negotiation of a diverse array of contracts, encompassing NDAs, supplier service agreements and IT agreements, domestically and globally, with an approach that balances business and legal requirements. /li liOversee the intellectual property portfolio of eDreams ODIGEO, spanning trademarks and domain names. You will spearhead the strategic acquisition, renewal, and safeguarding of our brand assets on a integral scale. /li liIdentify legal risks associated with contracts and propose effective strategies for risk mitigation.



/li liCollaborate with internal teams, providing clear and pragmatic legal guidance throughout the contract negotiation process, contributing to informed decision‑making. /li liConduct legal research on specific issues and provide clear and concise analyses to support decision‑making. /li liCommunicate with external parties, including suppliers and partners, to negotiate contracts, contributing to the successful resolution of contractual matters. /li liStay abreast of relevant laws and regulations impacting the travel and technology industries. /li liWork together with our Procurement Team to maintain an organized and accessible repository of contracts and related documentation. /li liParticipate in the creation, development and enhancement of internal contractual processes. /li liContribute to the knowledge database for the contracts team. /li liPrepare and review contract templates, the contract playbook, and other toolkits, communications, and training materials as needed. /li liExplore the integration of legal tech tools, AI and other innovative techniques, such as agile methodologies, to optimize the workflow and enhance the quality of work outcomes within the contract team. /li /ul h3What do you need to succeed: /h3 pBring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. Here’s what you need to succeed: /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited law school /li li4+ years of combined experience working as a legal counsel in a law firm or corporate legal department /li liFull professional competency in English and Spanish (French would be a plus). /li liExperience working with commercial contracts and skilled at drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English /li liSelf‑starsupt?? /super and self‑motivated with a passion to learn and grow, taking the initiative to handle complex challenges and prioritizing multiple ongoing projects /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with key stakeholders, within the legal team and outside of it /li liAbility to identify legal risks and potential liabilities, while remaining business‑oriented /li liExcellent communication skills and adaptability to a fast‑paced and multicultural environment /li /ul h3Good to have /h3 ul liTech‑savvy approach with hands‑on experience with contract management tools and systems /li liExpertise in developing contract templates, playbooks,
