ph3Agency : /h3 pHavas Media Group Spain /p h3Job Description : /h3 p. /p pWe are seeking a dynamic Go-To-Market Executive with a background in media trading or performance marketing (programmatic and/or paid social) who is ready to transition into a strategic product and growth focused GTM role. /p pThis role is central to ensuring our AI-powered audience, inventory, performance, and optimization products truly meet the needs of activation teams across the upper, mid, and lower funnels. /p pActing as a strategic business partner, the GTM Exec connects real trading insight with AI-driven opportunities, translating technical capabilities into commercial value and driving market adoption through clear narratives, enablement, and business led change. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Go-To-Market Strategy Enablement /h3 ul liBuild and execute the GTM plan for new AI-driven products and features (positioning, messaging, rollout). /li /ul ul liTranslate complex technical and AI concepts into simple, compelling business language for activation or other media teams. /li liConduct impact assessments and define clear value propositions for each persona (trader, planner, account manager, strategist). /li /ul h3User Education Adoption /h3 ul liOwn the creation of user guides, playbooks, and step-by-step activation or innovation manuals. /li /ul ul liDeliver autonomous training sessions across teams (live, virtual, or recorded). /li liCreate demo videos manually or using AI tools to support product launches. /li liFacilitate regular FAQ sessions and user office hours. /li /ul h3Knowledge Management Communication /h3 ul liManage and continuously update the product knowledge portal (documentation, release notes,
