Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Ensure compliance with bank policies, security procedures, and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

- Language Skills: Fluent Danish speaker with B2 proficiency in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
