Experteer Overview
As Strategic Procurement Manager for Next Generation Composites, you will lead the procurement strategy for innovative composite materials within the PMBC Team at Airbus, Getafe. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts across Ru0026amp;T, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers to deliver next-gen composite technologies for future aircraft platforms. You will manage tenders, contracts, and supplier performance to align with the Next Gen Programme Strategy, driving risk management and value across the programme. This is a high-impact, international role that shapes material capabilities and industrial partnerships.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead creation and execution of the Composites Procurement Strategy aligned with the Next Gen Programme Strategy
• Coordinate procurement involvement for Next Generation Composite Materials and manage cross-divisional teams
• Establish and maintain contracts with external suppliers (NDAs, Coop., Research Agreements)
• Monitor supplier involvement, performance, and adherence to milestones, planning, and material deliveries




• Contribute to material trade-offs (cost, capability, sovereignty) and drive Risk u0026 Opportunity Management
• Consolidate inputs and deliver presentations to senior management at decision gates

Responsabilidades
• Proven procurement experience with international suppliers and complex bidding processes
• Experience in managing key contracts and competitive bidding
• Strong understanding of procurement frameworks and strategic sourcing processes
• Functional leadership, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• Advanced English (C1/C2)
• Experience in risk management and cross-functional collaboration
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of composite materials and project management methodology
