This is a key coordination role between our design studio, account teams and operations teams. /ppThe right candidate should not only manage tasks and schedules, but also bring structure, ownership and the potential to grow into broader studio operations and leadership responsibilities over time. /ppYou will work within a multicultural team of motion designers, graphic designers, video editors and developers, bringing together a wide range of skills. The role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, structured, communicative and confident enough to coordinate different stakeholders, challenge priorities where needed and help improve the way the studio operates. /ppThis is not a purely administrative role. structure and assign tasks based on workload, deadlines, commercial importance and available resources. /p /lilipDevelop and maintain production schedules and ensure reliable follow‑up on open tasks. /p /lilipCoordinate daily workflows between motion designers, graphic designers, video editors, developers, account teams and operations. /p /lilipSupport resource planning, including internal team members and freelancers where required. /p /lilipIdentify bottlenecks early and proactively propose solutions. /p /lilipHelp improve studio processes, request procedures and communication flows. /p /lilipMaintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and manage expectations around timing, quality and delivery. /p /lilipSupport the studio in balancing creative quality, commercial priorities and operational efficiency. /p /lilipTake ownership of coordination topics and grow into a broader studio operations role over time. /p /lilipEnsure that deadlines are met while maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables. /p /li /ulullipProven experience in production coordination, project coordination, creative operations, traffic management or a similar role. /p /lilipIdeally 3+ years of experience in a creative, content, post‑production, motion design, agency or studio environment. /p /lilipStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, people and deadlines at the same time. /p /lilipExperience coordinating creative teams or cross‑functional teams. /p /lilipConfident communication style,
