This role is responsible for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing benefits‑related invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation and communications to support employee self‑service. The analyst conducts regular audits to ensure data integrity and vendor billing accuracy while supporting key projects such as vendor transitions, policy harmonization, and process automation.



Working closely with internal HR teams, external vendors, and finance, this role ensures smooth execution, compliance, and an excellent employee experience across international benefits programs. This is a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract position. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3Benefits Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain clear, standardized SOPs for benefits processes across countries (e.g., enrollments, changes, terminations of benefits). /li liEnsure SOPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with internal controls and local legal requirements. /li /ul h3Invoice and Purchase Order (PO) Management /h3 ul liTrack, process, and reconcile benefits‑related invoices from vendors and brokers. /li liEnsure timely creation of POs and maintain accurate records for finance audits and reporting. /li liCollaborate with finance and procurement to resolve discrepancies. /li /ul h3Benefits Communication Self‑Service Materials /h3 ul liCreate and maintain user‑friendly benefits documentation (FAQs, quick guides) to support employee self‑service. /li liAssist in updating intranet pages and communication templates to reflect current offerings and processes. /li /ul h3Benefits Auditing Compliance /h3 ul liConduct regular audits of benefits enrollments,



terminations, and vendor billing to ensure accuracy. /li /ul h3Project Support /h3 ul liSupport projects. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul liAct as a contact point for local HR teams and vendors regarding operational aspects of benefits. /li /ul pThis is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. /p h3Experience Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or relevant experience. /li li2+ years of experience in benefits administration in multiple countries. Experience in different regions is preferred. /li /ul h3Knowledge And Skills /h3 ul liFamiliarity with HR policies and regulations in different countries. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. /li liAbility to work independently. /li liExperience using spreadsheets and Excel. /li liProficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. /li liAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. /li liFluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus. /li /ul pembecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
