negotiate and endorse customer and vendor contracts /liliReview and create investment papers for specific investments in key indetified markets /liliIdentify and create collaboration models including partnerships and JVs to fast track capability development /liliFocus on cost-to-serve, asset utilization, customer pipeline, combined KPIs, and regional CL strategy execution /liliLead critical RFQs to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions that meet both customer and internal needs /liliFoster collaboration between country and product leaders within PSA BDP to meet customer requirements /liliProvide leadership and support for analyzing potential MA targets as part of the product team. /li /ulExemption TypepJob Requirements /ppbPerson Specifications / Profile: /b /pulliMinimum of 10+ years experience within contract logistics working for a major 3PL with experience in PL management, Solution Design, Operatins Management /liliExperience in managing and working with regional/ global teams /liliA people leader who is able to work with ease alongside internal and external stakeholders /liliExpereince in handling customers across focus verticals, namely, Life Science Health, Retail, Enterprise Electronics, EV, Chemical verticals /liliStrong, demonstrable expereince and skills, in 1 or more of the following areas:ulliWarehusing Distribution /liliEnd to End Supply Chain planning and management /li /ul /liliStrong personal effectiveness as a team player, change agent and demonstrated perseverance to drive and achieve desired outcomes /liliAbility to communicate at senior executive level, both internally and externally /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
