/li liYou’ve launched at least one bA/B-tested UX or UI experiment /b that improved a key metric. /li liYou’ve contributed components or patterns to the bCarrots Design System /b. /li liYou’re seen by your squad as the bowner of usability and polish /b — not just aesthetics. /li liThe Product Owner trusts your work to go straight from Figma to dev without supervision. /li liDesign user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in bFigma /b. /li liCollaborate daily with bProduct Owners, Developers, and Analysts /b to align on priorities and refine UX. /li liAnalyze product data and user behavior to inform design decisions. /li liConduct user tests, competitor research, and UX audits. /li liImprove onboarding flows, paywalls, and retention loops. /li liEnsure design handoffs are clean, annotated, and efficient. /li liParticipate in design critiques and contribute to Carrots’ evolving design standards. /li /ul pNon-negotiable.
