Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, you will contribute to every stage of the project lifecycle—from feasibility through hotel opening—helping create exceptional hospitality experiences. /ph3What will you do? /h3ulliManage hotel design projects from feasibility through construction, pre-opening, and hotel opening. /liliCollaborate with owners, architects, interior designers, consultants, and project managers to ensure projects meet Accor's brand standards, operational requirements, and budget objectives. /liliReview architectural layouts, design concepts,



technical documentation, FFE specifications, and consultants' proposals, providing recommendations throughout each project phase. /liliPrepare design briefs, technical reports, meeting minutes, and project recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. /li liWork closely with Development, Operations, Marketing, Technical Services, and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully. /liliBuild strong relationships with owners and project teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the design and construction process. /liliStay up to date with hospitality design trends, technological innovations, and Accor brand standards to continuously enhance project quality. /liliTravel regularly across Iberia and other European countries to attend workshops, site visits, sample room reviews, and pre-opening inspections. /li /ulh3We're looking for someone who: /h3ulliHolds a degree in Architecture or Interior Design. /liliBrings 8+ years of experience in hospitality design and project management, ideally within an international hospitality company. /liliHas experience managing client relationships throughout the design and construction process. /liliHas worked across all project phases,
