At the heart of advancing oral care solutions worldwide, the Global Medical Education team drives the empowerment and education of our internal and external partners to ensure the effective adoption and application of Straumann innovations. /p pbYour Purpose /b /p pThe Straumann Global Medical Education team is responsible for the successful commercialization of Straumann innovations from a training and education perspective. /p pThis function is vital to facilitate meaningful learning experiences that elevate professional skills, inspire confidence, and ultimately improve patient care outcomes globally. /p pYou play a crucial role in bringing our education programs to life by implementing and managing hands‑on experiences for healthcare professionals to nurture confident use of Straumann innovations. /p pbYour Impact /b /p pIn this role, you enable the end-to-end delivery of impactful learning experiences and exploit your strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities and excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills to manage Straumann’s course materials portfolio. /p pWe seek a highly analytical and results oriented professional with experience in international medical device environments to lead: /p ul liThe end-to-end implementation of new course and demo materials concepts in collaboration with internal product and education management organizations, Straumann Group supply chain, as well as 3rd party vendors. /li liThe end-to-end lean management of course demo materials portfolio in collaboration with regions,
key markets and select 3rd party education partners. /li liStrategic cost optimization initiatives for course and demo materials in collaboration with cross‑functional teams, i.e. finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, education and external partners. /li /ul pbWho You’ll Collaborate With: /b /p pIn this role, the following functions are your main interfaces: /p ul liGlobal education, product management, and events teams /li li3rd Party KOLs and course coordinators /li liInternal service departments, such as: /li ul liEngineering for course material development /li liLogistics for course materials handling /li liWarehouse for course materials inventory management /li /ul /ul h3Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): /h3 pFinancial KPIs /p ul liManage and reduce COGS, handling mark‑ups, and operational costs for course and demo materials /li liAnnual realized savings versus baseline /li liIncreased number of courses delivered within existing budgets /li /ul pOperational KPIs /p ul liSupport forecasting and demand planning /li liImplement hands‑on exercise kits /li liOptimize and simplify training model portfolios /li liIncrease adoption of alternatives to animal and cadaver models /li liImprove standardization across countries and regions /li /ul h3Your Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liMBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field /li li5+ years of experience in dentistry space within international medical device or healthcare organizations /li liProven track record in cost optimization, lean management, and operational transformation /li liExperience working in integral matrix organizations /li liAbility to lead cross‑functional initiatives and organizational change /li liStrong communication and presentation skills /li liCompetence working with MS Office programs /li liKnowledge of dental implantology and digital clinical workflows are a strong plus. /li liFluency in English is mandatory.
