/li liImplements warranty and support activities /li liPlan and implement system automation as required for better efficiency /li liDesign, review, document and implement policies and procedures to maintain standardization of day-to-day IT functions /li liSupport the employees on daily office IT operations when needed. /li liGeneral software management and creation of users /li liImplement security best practices, including patching, access control and policies, endpoint protection, etc. /li liMonitor and maintain office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points. /li liTroubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure secure and reliable access to internal resources via VPN /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in computer science or related field. /li li2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, monitoring tools and related technologies (macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, hardware experience)
