Flying Bark Productions is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer in Madrid to provide frontline helpdesk support for a busy animation studio.

You will troubleshoot hardware, OS, and VFX software such as Nuke and Maya, manage Active Directory, and assist with workstation deployment and maintenance.
Idóneo candidates have 2–4 years of system helpdesk experience in media, experience with macOS and Windows, and familiarity with RHEL or CCNA.
