Role Overview

As a French-speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for French customers, ensuring a high-quality journey across multiple channels. Your Responsibilities

- Omnichannel Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Personalized Support: Listen to and address customer concerns with care to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

- Languages: Native or fluent French (C1) and proficient English (B2).
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
- Experience: Previous background in hospitality, customer service,



or financial services is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for customer-centric work.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tools.
