You will be part of the bGFS P2P team /b , working closely with an external bBPO partner in India /b , handling complex and exception‑based cases,



and acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliEnsure accurate and timely supplier invoice processing. /liliResolve invoice discrepancies and manage escalations from the BPO team. /liliSupport and guide the BPO team on functional matters. /liliCollaborate with internal teams on invoice-related queries. /liliMonitor processing quality and support continuous improvements. /liliWork with systems including bSAP, Jira, Tableau /b , and internal platforms. /li /ulpbSkills Experience /b /pulliDegree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. /liliExperience or strong interest in bP2P / Accounts Payable /b. /liliGood knowledge of MS Office; bSAP experience /b is a plus. /liliFluent in bEnglish /b (written and spoken). /liliStrong problem‑solving and communication skills. /liliProactive, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast‑paced global environment. /liliTeam‑oriented, with experience working with bexternal partners (BPO) /b. /li /ulpAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
