As General Manager for the EOR business unit, you will own strategy, growth, and end-to-end operations to scale the world’s leading integral hiring solution. You will drive verticalization for industries with complex regulatory needs and lead cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable, tech-enabled platform. You’ll partner with product, engineering, legal, and GTM to accelerate expansion, improve compliance, and enhance the EOR offering. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on transforming global employment for customers and workers alike.

• Accelerate growth and execute the roadmap to expand market leadership
• Drive verticalization by building industry-specific EOR solutions (e.g., shipping, mining, entertainment)
• Scale operations including global compliance, onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle management
• Lead cross-functional execution aligning Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Legal around priorities
• Evolve the product toward a scalable,
tech-enabled platform with automation and APIs
• Operate with data to prioritize investments and improve performance
• Act as the face of EOR to internal and external stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of experience in GM, operations, or workforce platforms
• Proven track record owning and scaling large Pu0026L businesses in high-growth environments
• Experience in global, regulated, and complex operational settings
• Ability to lead large, matrixed organizations and influence without authority
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution discipline
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Strong product and operational judgment
• Executive presence with C-suite credibility
