Experteer Overview
As Director of Engineering, you will lead technical delivery and account growth across international clients, balancing project excellence with strategic business development. You will steer the technical and operational strategy for assigned accounts, ensuring high value deliveries while driving farming initiatives and expanding partnerships. The role combines people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing business development in a fast-paced, AGILE environment. You will lead and mentor a large, multidisciplinary team and shape proposals at the intersection of technology and business impact.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead the technical and operational strategy for assigned accounts to ensure quality and business value
• Drive farming initiatives by identifying opportunities and crafting innovative proposals
• Supervise and coordinate teams of 40–60 professionals including managers and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure delivery excellence across Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies (Azure, .NET, etc.)
• Play a central role in client proposals,



serving as the main technical and business contact
• Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and strategic alignment

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in technology environments
• At least 5 years leading large engineering or delivery teams
• Proven background in technology consulting (mandatory)
• Experience in account farming and growth (not only delivery)
• Strong technical expertise in web technologies and Microsoft ecosystems, with knowledge of Cloud, AI, and Big Data
• Experience managing complex projects and international clients
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
