We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a strong customer focus and experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a temporary staffing (ETT) environment. /ph3How you will make a difference /h3ulliManage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary staffing and permanent recruitment clients, following the Selection Department's established procedures. /liliSource and attract talent through various recruitment channels and sourcing tools. /liliAdvise clients on candidate profiles, labour market trends, and talent attraction strategies. /liliWork closely with the Sales team to understand each client's hiring requirements. /liliManage employment contracts, employment documentation, and administrative processes related to temporary staffing activities. /li /ulh3What will give you an advantage: /h3ulliUniversity degree relevant to the role (Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources, or similar). /liliMinimum 2 years of recent experience in a temporary staffing agency (ETT), managing end-to-end recruitment processes. This is an essential requirement. /liliExperience with employment contracts and HR administration related to temporary employment. /liliAbility to manage a high volume of vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. /liliIntermediate level of English.
