This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational needs. You will work closely with Front Office, Bell Attendants, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Security teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWelcome and bid farewell to guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy. /li liAssist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience. /li liCoordinate guest arrivals and departures with Bell Attendants and Front Office teams. /li liSupport guests with transportation arrangements and valet parking services when required. /li liHandle and coordinate the receipt and delivery of packages, correspondence, and guest items. /li liAssist with concierge‑related requests and provide directions and information about the hotel and local area. /li liDeliver personalized attention to VIP guests and support special arrivals. /li liMaintain the entrance area to the highest standards of appearance and hospitality. /li liAnticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance whenever possible.
