Our work appears in over 300 stadiums globally and features alongside giants like Real Madrid, PSG, Bayern Munich, Adidas, Heineken, and Mastercard. /ppOur Creative Studio in Madrid is a vibrant, international, and collaborative space where motion designers push creative boundaries daily. But behind every great animation is solid technical execution — and that’s where you come in. /ppWe’re looking for a Junior Technical Artist who loves creative work but thrives on structure, precision, and process. You’ll help elevate the technical quality of our After Effects pipeline and empower the entire studio to work smarter and cleaner — making our creativity scalable and our execution flawless. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliOwn the technical health of our After Effects projects: structure comps, naming conventions, precomp hierarchies, and render settings. /liliPerform technical reviews (QC) of motion design content to ensure alignment, correct formats, optimal settings, and export integrity — especially for digital LED signage specs. /liliDevelop and maintain template systems, toolkits, and reusable assets to speed up creative workflows. /liliCreate and document technical standards and best practices for file management, folder structures, and project handoff. /liliSupport the motion design team with automation tools, expressions, and basic scripting (where applicable). /liliWork closely with production managers and account leads to identify and prevent common delivery issues before they occur. /liliAct as a mentor or “go-to” person for troubleshooting technical challenges in After Effects and render pipelines.
