Experteer Overview
As the Test Engineering Lead, you drive the test strategy for new product designs and prototype deliveries within the Ru0026amp;D framework. You guide a cross-functional team to define scope, resources, and timelines, ensuring quality, timing, and cost goals. You lead process adherence, risk reporting, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable automotive solutions. This role offers impact across projects, shaping testing practices and team development in a standards-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define test scope, resource estimates, feasibility, and project plan to meet quality, timing, and cost goals
• Allocate resources, escalate needs, and report risks to the Test Manager; supervise workload and leave management
• Assess training needs and plan development, including CSR requirements
• Translate team goals into actionable plans and evaluate performance per HR processes




• Lead the team to achieve productivity, quality, and alignment with Ru0026D processes and standard tools
• Monitor project progress and resource usage; take corrective actions as needed
• Promote Lessons Learned, drive improvements in test technologies/products
• Support department budget planning and compliance with ISMS, OSHE, and ethics
• Foster team development, motivation, and alignment with FICOSA values
• Collaborate to maintain quality and OSHE and contribute to department-wide improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Software Engineering/Computer Science or Telecommunications
• Fluent English (spoken u0026 written)
• Minimum of 5 years in a Test Engineering role
