If you identify with this, keep reading! /p h3ABOUT THE JOB /h3 pWithin the Railway Systems Area, we are looking for a bsenior systems specialist /b to lead the design, integration and delivery of telecom, control and support systems for major railway programmes. /p pThe role requires a hands‑on technical leader responsible for the full lifecycle—from design development to commissioning—acting as technical authority across telecom and control systems, and coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces with civil, signalling, power and system teams. /p pThe project will deliver a complex railway system aligned with international standards, including design, integration, installation, testing and commissioning of telecom, control, cybersecurity and supporting railway subsystems. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liLead design and integration of telecom and control systems across the programme /li liOversee subsystems including Data Communication Network, CCTV, Asset Management Systems, SCADA, Public Address, Passenger Information System, OCC, Wireless Communication Systems (WiFi, GSM-R/FRMCS), Telephony and cybersecurity platforms, Hazard Detection and Early Warning System. /li liManage interfaces with signalling, traction power, civil and rolling stock systems /li liEnsure compliance with international standards and project-specific requirements /li liLead technical reviews, assurance and validation of engineering deliverables /li liCoordinate with client, contractors, OEMs and multidisciplinary teams /li liSupport construction, installation, testing and commissioning activities on site /li liManage technical risks and ensure system performance and safety /li liLead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liFlexible working hours /li liRemote work:
