This role offers hands‑on responsibility, exposure to a regulated banking environment, and rapid professional growth as you scale product practices across teams and locations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and continuously evolve the Product Roadmap, making priorities, milestones and cross-team dependencies transparent to stakeholders. /li liMaintain a continuously prioritized Product Backlog, ensuring user stories meet Definition of Ready with clear acceptance criteria and are aligned to roadmap objectives. /li liLead and facilitate discovery activities (user research, prototyping, experiments) with UX and engineering to validate problems before building. /li liDrive delivery of customer-facing increments with measurable adoption and business impact; define and track success metrics and instrumentation. /li liCoordinate release planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and improve delivery predictability and throughput. /li liReduce rework and time‑to‑value by improving requirements clarity, earlier validation and close collaboration with engineering and QA. /li liChampion data‑informed prioritization and collaborate with stakeholders to balance customer value, technical sustainability and compliance. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3–7+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role within software product delivery.



/li liProven experience working in agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban) and strong backlog management, prioritization, and refinement skills. /li liExperience owning product roadmaps and coordinating cross-team dependencies and releases. /li liExcellent user story writing and acceptance criteria definition. /li liDemonstrable experience running discovery activities and partnering with UX and engineering to validate solutions. /li liStrong analytical mindset; experience defining and tracking product KPIs and using analytics to drive decisions. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working in cross-functional international teams. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken).
