ph3Description /h3 pAs a Process Expert within the ACES Yard E2E Excellence team, you will own and drive initiatives that transform yard operations across Amazon's transportation network. You'll design and implement systems, standard work, and performance metrics that maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement - leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable results across TOM operations. /p pThis is a role for someone who love solving complex operational problems with data, and can influence change across teams without direct authority. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liProcess ownership: Map yard processes E2E, identify and measure waste, and design solutions that eliminate it - driving toward automation and operational excellence. /li liProblem solving: Define problems, conduct root cause analysis (5-Why, fishbone, DMAIC), test and validate solutions, and design scalable roll-out plans with robust control mechanisms. /li liBenchmarking standards: Create benchmark rates across yard process paths, establish standard work, conduct time studies, and build audit processes to sustain gains. /li liFinancial modelling: Build clear financial models for improvement initiatives and collaborate with Finance to establish project-level reporting and ROI tracking. /li liStakeholder communication: Write business proposals tailored to diverse audiences, adjusting depth and style to the audience. Proactively communicate project progress, risks, and network impact. /li liCross-functional partnership: Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders, technology teams, and other Amazon business units to identify opportunities, share best practices, and deploy initiatives on-site. /li liChange management: Drive adoption of process changes across the network without direct reporting lines,
