The specialist will support procurement reviews, analyze financial and contractual data, and assist in optimizing supplier collaboration. This role requires a hands‑on approach to working with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth procurement operations and cost efficiency. /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ul liAnalyze contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and initiate cost optimization. /li liVerifying payments in the internal payment system against contracts and internal policies. /li liOversee and facilitate the process of competitive bidding. /li liMaintain strong, professional relationships with Miratech’s strategic vendors. /li liMaintain a procurement competence centre to support best practices and knowledge sharing. /li liSupport continuous improvement in procurement processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with company standards. /li liPerform other duties as may be required, consistent with the purpose of this role. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. /li li2+ years of experience in controlling, finance, procurement compliance and procurement operations, or other roles involving contract management and internal procedures. /li liStrong analytical skills and keen attention to detail when reviewing contracts, payments, and related documentation. /li liResults-oriented and confident, with a diplomatic communication style when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
