Operating in a fintech environment focused on financial markets and wealth technology, you will combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership to drive an automation‑first approach to quality across the organisation. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and development teams, you'll shape strategy, implement scalable testing practices, and make a lasting impact on how software is built and delivered across the business.



/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and drive the quality engineering strategy across Infront /li liIncrease automated testing coverage across products and platforms /li liSupport teams in embedding testing into CI/CD pipelines and day‑to‑day development /li liContribute hands‑on to automation frameworks, tooling, and technical quality initiatives where needed /li liLead and develop QA engineers and SDETs /li liSupport hiring and growth of quality engineering capability /li liEstablish standards and best practices for testing and quality engineering /li liWork closely with engineering and product leadership to improve delivery quality and release confidence /li liDrive practical improvements to quality processes, tooling, and engineering practices /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liStrong background as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or similar hands‑on quality engineering role /li liProven experience leading QA transformations from manual testing to scalable automated testing frameworks /li liExperience building and scaling automated testing frameworks /li liExperience leading QA or quality engineering teams /li liStrong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing /li liExperience working across multiple teams and stakeholders /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills /li liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 ul libHealth wellness:
