In this role, you help shape and execute Deel’s go-to-market approach in your region, driving planning, analysis, and data-driven decisions to accelerate revenue growth. You will collaborate across Sales, GTMOps, and Product to optimize territories, forecasting, and change initiatives that lift performance. This position offers impact at scale within a fast-growing, global SaaS company renowned for transforming how the world works. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to turn insights into action and enable smarter outcomes for the regional GTM team.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Shape and implement regional GTM strategy and territory planning
• Manage territory carving, updates, and quota-setting analytics
• Lead forecasting and business inspection cadences
• Drive complex change management initiatives to improve performance
• Coordinate with Sales Ops functions (compensation, pricing, deal desk)
• Build analytical dashboards in Google Sheets or Looker to inform decisions




• Collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Sales Enablement, Growth, Marketing and Product to drive revenue growth and scalable operations

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations in tech
• Fluency with Salesforce and adjacent sales productivity tools
• Strong understanding of SaaS operations and industry standards
• Experience with global teams and cross-stakeholder collaboration
• Excellent communication capable of influencing outcomes
• Strong problem-solving with ability to drive cross-functional projects
• Nimble, adaptable, resilient, resourceful and gritty
