Design, implement and support secure, scalable and reliable IT infrastructure, identity platforms, endpoint management solutions and SaaS applications. Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver an exceptional employee experience while driving automation, operational excellence and security best practices. /p h3Key Requirements /h3 ul li7+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Workplace Technology or similar roles. /li liStrong hands‑on JAMF administration experience in a macOS‑heavy environment. /li liProven experience managing Identity Access Management (IAM) platforms, particularly Microsoft Entra ID.



/li liExpertise in endpoint management, including device compliance, software deployment, patch management and lifecycle management. /li liStrong knowledge of SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, identity lifecycle management and access governance. /li liExperience implementing and supporting Zero Trust principles, least‑privilege access and secure authentication practices. /li liAdvanced scripting and automation skills, with a track record of building scalable IT automation solutions. /li liAbility to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis when needed. /li liExperience managing and optimizing macOS endpoints through enterprise MDM solutions. /li liStrong understanding of SaaS administration, collaboration platforms and enterprise IT infrastructure. /li liDemonstrated ability to improve IT processes, workflows, documentation and operational efficiency. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liStrong customer‑service mindset and experience supporting senior stakeholders and business‑critical teams. /li liHighly organized, proactive and able to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment. /li liProven ownership mentality, with the ability to lead projects from discovery through implementation and ongoing support. /li liFluency in Spanish and English. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience working in a technology company or engineering‑led environment.
