We build and operate large-scale products that handle millions of interactions every day, creating seamless experiences for users across the globe. /p pRight now we are looking for a bIT Administrator /b to join our team. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead high-level incident resolution and service optimization, handling escalated tickets from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. /li liConduct root cause analysis for complex issues, implement proactive monitoring to minimize downtime, and ensure SLA compliance across all IT services. /li liCollaborate with end-users, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. /li liMentor junior team members on best practices and actively contribute to service improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Infrastructure: /h3 ul liManage and optimize core IT infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, cloud environments, networking (switches, firewalls, VPNs), and virtualization platforms. /li liPerform capacity planning, performance tuning, security hardening, and disaster recovery testing. /li liDeploy and maintain infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform) to ensure high availability and scalability for enterprise systems. /li /ul h3Backup Recovery: /h3 ul liMaintain enterprise backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity, encryption, and offsite replication. /li liCoordinate failover procedures and conduct periodic restore drills.



/li liMonitor backup success rates, retention policies, and recovery time/point objectives (RTO/RPO) to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity. /li /ul h3Job requirements: /h3 h3You’ll thrive here if you have /h3 ul li5+ years of relevant IT administration experience. /li liAdvanced English level. /li liSolid understanding of IT infrastructure as a service to internal users. /li liStrong background in system administration and network engineering. /li liPractical experience managing VPNs, SaaS systems, and user access lifecycles. /li liProven ability to lead end-user support (both in-person and remote) with structured processes. /li liExperience with procurement and vendor management. /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liExperience implementing SaaS management optimization tools. /li liExperience with network monitoring and alerting systems. /li liBackground working with network integrators or communication service providers. /li liProficiency with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and controllers. /li liCisco certifications (CCNA or higher). /li liExperience with JAMF Pro and Apple ecosystem management. /li liExperience with Intune and Windows ecosystem management. /li liFamiliarity with video conferencing solutions (e.g., Polycom, Logitech).
