The bAIT Manager /b works closely with Engineering, Production and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure an industrial process for the telecommunication satellites Programmes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlanning: generate the Integrated Project Planning defining manufacturing activities, long‑ and short‑term needs, procurement of materials, assembly tools MGSE. Follow up manufacturing activities and identify critical areas. Participate in overall Integrated Project Planning. /li liManufacturing Budget preparation and control: calculate, analyse and control production costs. /li liSupport new work package and offers. /li liCost control. /li liEAC deviation management. /li liAssure enables needed to achieve production rate. /li liQuality Gates planning and follow‑up. /li liSpacecraft Production Spain inputs and outputs management. /li liRisk and opportunities assessment. /li liProject status reporting. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liIndustrial Engineer or Aerospace Engineer Degree or similar. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in project management, manufacturing and financial analysis. /li liPro‑activity and autonomy; team‑working ability. /li liLeadership skills to manage different stakeholders. /li liFluent in written and spoken Spanish and English. /li liAble to work in an integrated manufacturing team, autonomously and responsibly.
