With more than 45 000 tons of CO₂ avoided, DRIVECO has supplied more than 40 million kWh of electricity since its establishment. /p h3About the Role /h3 pReporting: If you share our ambition and feel ready to deliver our strong commitments, join the Operations team in Spain! /p pLocation: Madrid /p pJob language: Spanish and English. /p pSalary: 45 – 55 K euros annual. /p pContract: From August 2026 to November 2026 (paternity leave cover). /p h3Job Overview /h3 pAs part of the Operations team, responsible for designing, structuring, deploying, developing, operating and maintaining electric vehicle stations and infrastructure, you will manage the entire deployment cycle of EV Charging Projects, from the moment a business opportunity is signed until it becomes a reality and starts operating. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations and DRIVECO’s execution commitments with third‑party deployment companies, engineering design and execution offices, local and regional DSOs, permitting companies, civil‑work sub‑contractors, public authorities, and other stakeholders involved in the deployment process of the charging station. /p h3Your Main Tasks /h3 bProject Planning Deployment /b ul liDevelop, implement and manage detailed project plans based on deploying EV infrastructure,
defining each phase from pre‑construction to final installation and commissioning. /li liDeploy projects related to low and medium tension including DC and AC EV chargers. /li liEstablish timelines: assign resources and anticipate potential challenges to ensure smooth execution. /li liManage engineering, procurement, and local teams, both internal and external, to obtain project permits, station authorizations, meet regulatory requirements, and guarantee site safety, compliance and readiness. /li /ul bBudget Resource Management /b ul liWork with the Head of Operations to develop deployment and construction budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and materials. /li liMonitor expenses closely, identify cost‑saving opportunities, fix project deviations and report deployment budgets to internal stakeholders. /li liWork closely with suppliers, both internal and external, and subcontractors to negotiate contracts, manage lead times, and complete deliverables. /li /ul bSite Supervision Quality Assurance /b ul liConduct on‑site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements. /li liSupervise and lead installation teams, secure progress vs plan and prevent issues or delays that could arise during deployment. /li liVerify installations to ensure alignment with DRIVECO’s quality standards and conduct post‑installation checks. /li /ul bStakeholder Management Reporting /b ul liServe as the primary point of contact for all deployment project stakeholders, from internal teams to external partners.
/li liPrepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting milestones, risks, mitigations and updates on budget and schedule. /li /ul bRisk Issue Management /b ul liProactively identify potential risks, establish mitigation strategies and ensure issues are addressed according to our deployment and maintenance SLAs. /li liImplement contingency plans to handle unforeseen challenges, keeping projects on track even in complex conditions in collaboration with Quality service. /li /ul bCompliance Sustainability /b ul liEnsure all projects comply with local and national regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines. /li liPromote sustainable practices within projects to reduce environmental impact and enhance long‑term operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of experience deploying low, mid and high‑tension projects related to electric vehicle charging infrastructure, urban planning or renewable energies. /li liKnowledge of Spanish regulations for electric station infrastructure and equipment. /li liKnowledge of the contractual, legal and commercial aspects of contracts and projects with third‑party subcontractors for civil works, permitting, licensing, grid connection and station commissioning. /li liProficiency in planning tools (Excel, AutoCAD, SiteTracker knowledge is a strong plus). /li liProficiency in office tools (MS Office suite). /li liKnowledge of electrical calculation tools is a strong plus. /li liSpanish/English mandatory, French is a very strong plus. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity /h3 pDRIVECO is committed to equal opportunities and celebrates diversity by ensuring an inclusive environment for all employees.
